¿Por qué no he recibido aún mi reembolso?

Si tienes derecho a un reembolso, lo abonaremos en el medio de pago usado durante la reserva. No obstante, puede ser que nuestro intento de hacerlo efectivo a través de dicho medio falle. A continuación, te indicamos algunas de las razones más comunes por las que puede fallar el pago de un reembolso:

  • Limitaciones de nuestros proveedores de pago por haber transcurrido un tiempo considerable desde la fecha original de la transacción.
  • La cuenta bancaria ya no está activa (puede ser la que estuviera vinculada a tu tarjeta).
  • Problemas técnicos o restricciones propias del método de pago seleccionado.

En dichas situaciones, es muy probable que te enviemos un correo electrónico solicitándote los datos bancarios. Después te pediremos que completes un proceso de verificación para asegurarnos de que eres la persona titular de la cuenta.
